BANDUNG WINE

“Tapuy” is a rice wine originated from Ifugao province in the Cordillera Region of the Philippines. The region has a culture that revolves around rice and Tapuy is used for important ocassions such as weddings, rice harvesting ceremonies, fiestas and cultural affairs. The traditional way of making rice wine from this region has never changed since the beginning till now. Sometime in 2018, an ifugao lady was asked to demostrate the traditional way and from there, process was tweaked, ingredients revised and improved, hence the birth of ” Bandung Tapuy”.

PITAYA

Pitaya widely known as Dragon Fruit comes from our plantation in the Cordillera Region of Ifugao Province, where its rolling terrain is perfect for growing pitayas and its location in the region is ideal in making wines. The color of the pitaya and its distinct taste make it a world renowed fruit wine of its kind. Pitaya is a wine with a well balanced finish.

RAMBUTAN WINE

Native to tropical Southeast Asia, Rambutan is commonly grown in countries throughout the region. . Our plantation which is located in the rolling hills of Barangay San Juan in the Cordillera Region of the Philippines is perfect for rambutan where the fruit is picked at its ripeness. Trifon Rambutan wine is a flavorful wine that exemplifies fresh tropical fruit yet delicate and subtle taste of its kind.

SABA WINE

Bananas contain potassium which is good for the heart and the brain. Bananas are also believed to help regulate blood pressure. Banana wine produce a delicious light wine with an exceptional fragrance and lingering fruity taste on the palate. Jose B. Pascua Saba wine is a banana fruit wine with a well-balance finish. Named after a man who died in the 60’s very loving and very dedicated specially to a grand daughter.

MANGO WINE

Mango wine is an exotic beverage in yellow orange shade with a smell of the fruit and mild tartness in the taste. Mango wine has a reputation for capturing the very essence of mango in a light and sweet wine. Peping mango wine is processed in the traditional way of making wine. The fruits are harvested at its ripest.

JULIA

Julia wine is the result of blending dragon fruit with rice and mango for added flavor to maximize its expression as a wine.

SOJU

a rice wine with a crisp, neutral spirit but with more texture and less of the harsh sting from the alcohol.
